Hmmm, its a little dry, isnt it..
Something new out from my kitchen..
I am trying to make ribs that allow people to just hold the bone end and eat the meat out from the bone.
So i went ahead and try it since its a sunday...which is always my experimenting day haa
I really like the flavour of the ribs...but...somehow, i find that the part where you find more meat and less fats abit dry..
Mmmm...i gotta think of a way...meat is soft, its get off the bone very easily..flavour is nice..
i've gotta try again...guinea pigs ?! Fats, anyone ? haa
