Tasting session 1 2 3 !






Testing 1 2 3...
Okay the chicken is ready to go..
Prepared 2 side dishes to try...tick for bringjal, cross for kelp, the kelp dish is not flavoured enough..i need to enhance the taste abit more..
Cracking cracking and cracking...

omgggg the chicken looks so good! i hv one question, how long does it take to roast a chicken? how do u know when its done anyway? i wanna try roasting a chicken soon. claire made a really really good one last x'mas at her party haha.

Haaaa hi hi chingu, mine took around 30-35 mins, i agar agar my cooking time depending on the size of the chicken..1 point to take note, after roasting, u have to let the chicken to rest and cool, if not, when u chop it up , the juice of the chicken would be everywhere..haa !
