Ran out of eggs !
Ah, ran out of eggs this morning, so i had to use the can of tuna.
Spotted a half cut up yam on the table.
" hmm...okay i'll do this for breakfast today "
Sliced the yam up and steamed them.
Baked with tuna and mozarella cheese for a few mins.
Sprinkled with seasonings and started eating them with my cup of coffee =)
Good meal to start off my day with !

Breakfast with me ?
Pancakes pancakes !
50 50 banana pancakes. 50 50 means i used 1:1 ratio of wholemeal to plain flour.
For the pancakes :
1/4 cup wholemeal flour
1/4 cup plain flour
bit of vanilla extract
1 tablespn brown sugar
100 ml milk
50 ml of water
dash of salt
I didnt want to add any raising agent into the batter.
They turned out be quite moist in texture, not the fluffy type you would have at Mcdonalds.
And some scrambled eggs for my morning protein, 1 whole egg, 6 egg whites.
Sprinkled some salt and black pepper.
Lastly, my cup of coffee =)
I love such breakfast....
On a chilly night..
Oh i can cook but i cant give a name for this.
The taste is more to the japanese side.
I used ingredients the japanese would normally use.
Spring onions, garlic, kelp, chicken, chilli, soy sauce, mirin, sake.
And brown rice.
I sprinkled some crushed red pepper over it to make it more spicy.
Erm, added sesame oil too.
Its a very simple home cooked meal.
Great to have it on a chilly night..

New item added !
Hey hey ! Bought something new today, its called short cut angel hair ! HAA !
Takes such a short while to cook, no wonder its called SHORT CUT angel hair.
Just a quick meal to replenish myself.
! packet of spinach, 100g of short cut angel hair, haaa, funny name, 300 g of chicken breasts, 1 tablespn of kimchi, 1 tablespn of sesame oil, crushed red pepper and black pepper.

OATS is back !
After work out meal !
Yes ! Return of my oats ! Been avoiding them for quite sometime already, due to some allergies.
I guess i can handle instant oats fine =)
Carbs meal consists of 1 cup of instant oat meal mixed with 1 banana, 1/2 packet of blueberries, some brown sugar, 1 tablespn of peanut butter and some milk.
For the protein meal, 2 chicken breasts, 1 egg, 1 packet of asparagus, 1 brinjal, some black fungus and chicken stock i made yesterday. ( Stock was made with left over bones of a black pepper chicken bro had, added some celery, carrots, onions and garlic )
Seasoned the dish with some korean fish sauce and black sesame oil.
Served with black pepper, chilli and coriander.
Burp...2 slices of corn bread with peanut butter and a cup of cooooooooffeeeeeee.... =)

Happy Birthday to me ~
Look at those chocolate bars !
Those were my only birthday gifts from my little cousin, Terena.
Was supposed to meet my usual gang for dinner tonight, but, one of them is having his exams soon, so i decided to cancel the dinner, which we can have it on any other days.
He is studying to become a scholar, so we have to play our part and aid him on his journey ! HAA rubbish...
Anyway, these are what i had on my birthday =)
1. Snickers and MARS bar ( i put them into the fridge, not eating them today )
2. Sweet potato
3. Stir fry vegetables
4. Grilled teriyaki fish with black pepper
5. Unsweetened grass jelly with brown sugar
I'm still thinking if i should eat another 2 slices of corn bread...

I have fallen..
Sometimes, you will just succumb to temptations.
What i had for my sunday !
After booking out from my chalet. We went to Mcdonalds ! to have our breakfast, wow, when was the last time i had my mcdonalds !
I ordered hotcakes and a cup of coffee. very nice maple syrup !
Had some choclates once i got home. Snickers and kit kat.
For dinner, i had mixed vegetable rice, KFC, 1 spicy drumstick only, not a fan of KFC, RED BEAN ICE ! and 1 giant scoop of swenson's mocha almond ice cream.
Oh, i'm a happy bloated stomach man !
Is it supposed to be an early celebration ? heh

Brown rice bee hoon.
Had to have a change today.
I prepared brown rice beehoon instead of my usual linguine or angel hair pasta.
Mmm...mixed the beehoon with 8-9 whole eggs/egg whites and 1 broccoli.
For seasoning, i used 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and abit of dark soy sauce, white pepper and some sesame oil.
Topped it with some chopped red chilli padi.
It was so difficult to eat with chopsticks haa !
