i need these...

No recipes needed for this meal.
Just popped by the supermarket to get my chicken fillets, bread and cereal.
2 slices of raisins multigrain bread with 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter with some sprinkle of brown sugar, 4 small boxes of mixed cereals with 1 banana and 1 cup of milk and lastly, my grilled chicken fillets..
Just what i would love to have on a saturday...
give me more food..i seem to have lost some weight !

Fantastic lazy saturday meal !

Not my usual meal.
I love my oats very much, unfortunately, i cannot have too much of them.
I excused myself today by having 1 cup of dry oats with 1/2 cup of milk mixed with 1 tub of strawberries, 1 banana, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter !
Wooooow...very nice meal..
And lastly, the protein, 1 can of tuna with 1 packet of asparagus with 2 eggs, black pepper, salt and olive oil.
Very very filling...

Dinner full of flour !

Wooooooooo a change for my dinner !
Ransacked the fridge for ingredients and i found.....lettuce, tomatoes...oh wholemeal wraps..and of course chicken fillets..
Marinated the chicken with my own seasoning then grilled them for 15 mins.
Chopped the lettuce into thin slices ( not very thin lah ) and tomatoes as well..
Just topped the wrap with all the ingredients i have with a bit of horseradish and ketchup.
Oh, before that was my all time favourite, peanut butter with banana sandwich.
Yumm !
She eats the sandwich without the peanut butter, let me have the peanut butter then =)

Haa back to the skinny noodles again..

Mmmm...nothing much to comment on this meal..

Just my usual noodle dish, 150g angel hair pasta with vegetables and 300g of chicken fillet, grilled..

Okay, now i'm hooked on you

Was famished after my work out.
Once i got home, i boiled some water to cook the linguine, hey its my version of mee pok HAA !!
Grilled some chicken fillets and added some spinach.
I also had a cup of strawberry yoghurt and an apple.
BIG meal, i feel so full now...
Am i hooked on you ? yes i think i am.... =)

change of texture

I used linguine this time for my lunch.
Mixed with a canned of tuna, 1 pack of asparagus and 2 hard boiled eggs.
A very satisfying meal !
I've been eating not-so-interesting meals lately..the blog is getting boring...=)

Had 2 steamed sweet potatoes, local and japanese ones..


Lunch lunch lunch..

Pasta with broccoli and chicken breast, seasoned with korean sauce and olive oil and lots of black pepper..

Salmon noodles !

Had some noodles with salmon instead of chicken tonight after my workout.
Threw in 1 stalk of broccoli for my vegetables.
Had a cup of yoghurt, 1 small slice of pineapple, some korean grapes and 1 green apple before / after this meal.
Wanted to have another banana, then i stopped for a moment and thought to myself..." mmm...forget it, i'll save it for tomorrow..."
Popped my usual pills and goodbye dinner !

simple dinner

A very quick and simple dinner.
Grilled chicken fillets with salt and some basil seasoning.
Seasoned watercress with korean sauce and some sesame oil.
And lastly, steamed sweet potato.
Haa, not craving anything for today, just wanted to finish my calories for the day !
Simple ? yes, nutritious !
